ABCC4 blocking peptide
ABCC4 Immunizing Peptide
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the superfamily of ATP-binding cassette (ABC) transporters. ABC proteins transport various molecules across extra- and intra-cellular membranes. ABC genes are divided into seven distinct subfamilies (ABC1, MDR/TAP, MRP, ALD, OABP, GCN20, White). This protein is a member of the MRP subfamily which is involved in multi-drug resistance. This family member plays a role in cellular detoxification as a pump for its substrate, organic anions. It may also function in prostaglandin-mediated cAMP signaling in ciliogenesis. Alternative splicing of this gene results in multiple transcript variants. [provided by RefSeq, Sep 2014]

Product Notes
The ABCC4 abcc4 (Catalog #AAA427474) is a Blocking Peptide and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The ABCC4 Immunizing Peptide reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. The amino acid sequence is listed below: RAENDAQKPS LTR-C. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "ABCC4, Blocking Peptide" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
