Endotoxin level is less than 0.1 ng per ug (1 EU/ug).
Expression System
E Coli
Preparation and Storage
Store at 4 degree C until reconstitution. Following reconstitution aliquot and freeze at -20 degree C for long term storage. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.

Uniprot Description

CCL25: Potentially involved in T-cell development. Recombinant protein shows chemotactic activity on thymocytes, macrophages, THP-1 cells, and dendritics cells but is inactive on peripheral blood lymphocytes and neutrophils. Binds to CCR9. Isoform 2 is an antagonist of isoform 1. Belongs to the intercrine beta (chemokine CC) family. 3 isoforms of the human protein are produced by alternative splicing.

Product Notes

The TECK ccl25 (Catalog #AAA539500) is an Active Protein produced from Human and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. AAA Biotech's TECK can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, User optimized. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the TECK ccl25 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. The amino acid sequence is listed below: Region of TECK protein correspond ing to amino acids QGVFEDCCLA YHYPIGWAVL RRAWTYRIQE VSGSCNLPAA IFYLPKRHRK VCGNPKSREV QRAMKLLDAR NKVFAKLHHN MQTFQAGPHA VKKLSSGNSK LSSSKFSNPI SSSRKNVSLL ISANSGL. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "TECK, Active Protein" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
