Western Blot (WB)

(Goat Anti Rabbit IgG (HRP)secondary antibody was used at 1:40,000 to detect a rabbit primary antibody by Western Blot. p27 antibody (1:1000 RT 30 minutes) showed detection of 0.1 ug of recombinant p27 protein. Lane 1: Molecular weight markers. Lane 2: MBP-p27 fusion protein (arrow; expected MW: 73.3 kDa). Lane 3: MBP alone.)

Product Notes

The IgG (Catalog #AAA538597) is a Secondary Antibody produced from Goat and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Goat anti Rabbit IgG (H + L) (HRP) reacts with Rabbit IgG (H + L) and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Goat anti Rabbit IgG (H + L) (HRP) can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EIA), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Western Blot (WB). ELISA: 1:90,000 IHC: 1:1,000-1:5,000 WB: 1:2,000-1:10,000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the IgG for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Goat anti Rabbit IgG (H + L) (HRP), Secondary Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
