Materials Provided
1. Capture Antibody 0.3 mg/mL of mouse anti-PDGFRb monoclonal antibody. Dilute to a working concentration of 2ug/mL in CBS before coating.
2. Detection Antibody 0.5 mg/mL of mouse anti-PDGFRb monoclonal antibody conjugated to horseradish-peroxidase (HRP). Dilute to a working concentration of 0.8ug/mL in detection antibody dilution buffer before use.
3. Standard Each vial contains 40 ng of recombinant PDGFRb. Reconstitute with 1 mL detection antibody dilution buffer. After reconstitution, store at -20 degree C to -80 degree C in a manual defrost freezer. A seven-point standard curve using 2-fold serial dilutions in sample dilution buffer, and a high standard of 4ng/mL is recommended

Preparation and Storage
Capture Antibody: Aliquot and store at -20 degree C to -80 degree C for up to 6 months from date of receipt. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Detection Antibody: Protect it from prolonged exposure to light. Aliquot and store at -20 degree C to -80 degree C and for up to 6 months from date of receipt. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Standard: Store lyophilized standard at -20 degree C to -80 degree C for up to 6 months from date of receipt. Aliquot and store the reconstituted Standard at -80 degree C for up to 1 month. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Different kinds of cells in the immune system can be identified through the surface CD molecules associating with the immune function of the cell. There are more than 320 CD unique clusters and subclusters have been identified. Some of the CD molecules serve as receptors or ligands important to the cell through initiating a signal cascade which then alter the behavior of the cell. Some CD proteins do not take part in cell signal process but have other functions such as cell adhesion. CD140b, also known as PDGFRB, is a member of the CD system. CD140b is a cell surface tyrosine kinase receptor essencial for development interacting with the platelet-derived growth factors (PDGFs) which serves as mitogens for mesenchymal cells. CD140b can bind with platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF)-B, that are secreted by tumors and phosphorylation of PDGFR-beta was correlated with depth of cancer invasion at statistically significant level.
