Materials Provided
1. Capture Antibody 1 mg/mL of rabbit anti-Mouse IFNGR1/CD119 monoclonal antibody (in PBS, pH 7.4). Dilute to a working concentration of 2ug/mL in PBS before coating.
2. Detection Antibody 0.2 mg/mL of rabbit anti-Mouse IFNGR1/CD119 monoclonal antibody conjugated to horseradish-peroxidase (HRP) (in PBS, 50 % HRP-Protector, pH 7.4, store at 4 degree C). Dilute to working concentration of 0.2ug/mL in detection antibody dilution buffer before use.
3. Standard Each vial contains 160 ng of recombinant Mouse IFNGR1/CD119. Reconstitute with 1 mL detection antibody dilution buffer. After reconstitution, store at -20 degree C to -80 degree C in a manual defrost freezer. A seven-point standard curve using 2-fold serial dilutions in sample dilution buffer, and a high standard of 1000 pg/mL is recommended.
Preparation and Storage
Capture Antibody: Aliquot and store at -20 degree C to -80 degree C for up to 6 months from date of receipt. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Detection Antibody: Store at 4 degree C and protect it from prolonged exposure to light for up to 6 months from date of receipt. DO NOT FREEZE!
Standard: Store lyophilized standard at -20 degree C to -80 degree C for up to 6 months from date of receipt. Aliquot and store the reconstituted Standard at -80 degree C for up to 1 month. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Related Product Information for IFNGR1 elisa pair set
The cluster of differentiation (CD) system is commonly used as cell markers in Immunophenotyping. Different kinds of cells in the immune system can be identified through the surface CD molecules associating with the immune function of the cell. There are more than 320 CD unique clusters and subclusters have been identified. Some of the CD molecules serve as receptors or ligands important to the cell through initiating a signal cascade which then alters the behavior of the cell. Some CD proteins do not take part in the cell signal process but have other functions such as cell adhesion. CD119 (cluster of differentiation 119), also known as IFNGR1 (interferon-gamma receptor 1), is part of the heterodimeric gamma interferon receptor which consists of IFNGR1 (CD119) and IFNGR2. The IFNGR1 gene encodes the ligand-binding chain (alpha) of the interferon receptor while the IFNGR gene encodes the non-ligand binding partner. The ability of the interferon-gamma was achieved through binding to the interferon receptor CD119. After binding, the products of activated T-lymphocytes interferon-gamma exerts antiviral activity, growth inhibitory effect, and several immune-regulatory activities on a variety of cell types.

This IFNGR1 Matched ELISA Antibody Pair Set, Mouse is a solid phase sandwich ELISA for quantitative determination of Mouse IFNGR1. It contains Mouse IFNGR1 capture antibody, Mouse IFNGR1 detector antibody (HRP) and a highly purified HEK293-expressed recombinant Mouse IFNGR1 protein.

Product Notes

The IFNGR1 (Catalog #AAA8118513) is an ELISA Pair Set and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "IFNGR1, ELISA Pair Set" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
