Lymphocytes and oligodendroglial cells. Stimulated by calcium and phosphatidylserine. Phosphorylated by protein kinase C. Belongs to the eukaryotic diacylglycerol kinase family. 2 isoforms of the human protein are produced by alternative splicing.
