Directions per Liter
Mix 2 grams of drop-out mix with 26.7g drop-out base w/ carbohydrate (YNB) (or 6.7g drop out base w/o carbohydrate)(or 43.7g drop out base w/ agar) per liter completely solubilized. Adjust to desired pH. Sterilize with 0.2 um membrane filter. Contains heat-labile, compounds that can be damaged with autoclaving.

Preparation and Storage
Stored powdered media at RT. Opened bottles should be capped tightly and kept in a dark, low humidity environment. Prepared media should be kept at 4°C and used within a short period of time.
