2019-nCoV NP N2 fragment was designed for a better performance by reducing the non-specific interactions with serum proteins. We believed the 2019-nCoV NP N2 fragment is more stable than the full-length NP. This property may make the 2019-nCoV NP N2 fragment more suitable to the IVD applications.
Preparation and Storage
For long term storage, store at -20~-70 degree C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. 2019-nCoV N protein and its fragments are not stable and prone to aggregate at RT and 4 degree C.
