Tudor domains have been shown to interact with arginine-glycine-rich motifs in a methylarginine-dependent manner, and target methylated arginines physiologically. KH domains are RNA-binding domains found in a wide variety of nucleic acid-binding proteins. Two isoforms of the human protein are produced by alternative splicing.
