Related Product Information for CD200 active protein
CD200, also known as OX-2 membrane glycoprotein isoform 1, is one of the immunoglobulin superfamily. It plays an important role in anti-tumor immunity through interaction with its receptor, and overexpression of this protein effects on malignancies as well as on cancer stem cells. In T cells, this protein functions as a co-stimulatory effect that is independent of the CD28 pathway. It also plays an important role on myeloid cell regulation that is suggested by restricted expression of its receptor. Studies of this protein in mouse and rat suggest that this gene may regulate myeloid cell activity and delivers an inhibitory signal for the macrophage lineage in diverse tissues. Recombinant mouse CD200, fused to His-tag at C-terminus, was expressed in insect cell and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.

Product Notes

The CD200 cd200 (Catalog #AAA201277) is an Active Protein produced from Baculovirus and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The immunogen sequence is 31-232aa. AAA Biotech's CD200 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, SDS-PAGE, Bioactivity. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD200 cd200 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. The amino acid sequence is listed below: QVEVVTQDER KALHTTASLR CSLKTSQEPL IVTWQKKKAV SPENMVTYSK THGVVIQPAY KDRINVTELG LWNSSITFWN TTLEDEGCYM CLFNTFGSQK VSGTACLTLY VQPIVHLHYN YFEDHLNITC SATARPAPAI SWKGTGTGIE NSTESHFHSN GTTSVTSILR VKDPKTQVGK EVICQVLYLG NVIDYKQSLD KG. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CD200, Active Protein" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
