Related Product Information for AIF1L recombinant protein
Description: AIF1L produced in E Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 170 amino acids (1-150a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 19.2kDa.AIF1L is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Introduction: AIF1L is a cytoplasmic, cytokine-induced, calcium-binding protein which was discovered in rat cardiac allografts with chronic rejection. AIF1L protein is a marker of human microglia and is expressed by macrophages in injured skeletal muscle and regulates reduced proliferation and differentiation of satellite cells.

Product Notes

The AIF1L aif1l (Catalog #AAA145007) is a Recombinant Protein produced from E Coli and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The amino acid sequence is listed below: MGSSHHH HHH SSGLVPRGSH MSGELSNRFQ GGKAFGLLKA RQERRLAEIN REFLCDQKYS DEENLPEKLT AFKEKYMEFD LNNEGEIDLM SLKRMMEKLG VPKTHLEMKK MISEVTGGVS DTISYRDFVN MMLGKRSAVL KLVMMFEGKA NESSPKPVGP PPERDIASLP. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Allograft Inflammatory Factor 1 Like, Recombinant Protein" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
