RDH10 Antibody
Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
IHC: 1:50-1:200
IF/ICC: 1:100-1:500

The optimal dilutions to be determined by the end user.
IMPORTANT: For western blot, incubate membrane with diluted primary Abin 5% w/v milk , 1X TBS, 0.1% Tween®20 at 4°C with gentle shaking, overnight.
Immunofluorescence (IF/ICC)
(MBS9603333 staining 3T3 by IF/ICC. The samples were fixed withPFA and permeabilized in 0.1% Triton X-100,then blocked in 10% serum for 45 minutes at 25°C. Samples were then incubated with primary Ab (MBS9603333 1:200) and mouse anti-beta tubulin Ab (MBS576566 1:200) for 1 hour at 37°C. An AlexaFluor594 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG(H+L) Ab(Red)and an AlexaFluor488 conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG(H+L)Ab(Green) were used as the secondary antibody.)
Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
(MBS9603333 at 1/100 staining Human normal tissues adjacent togastric cancer by IHC-P. The sample was formaldehyde fixed and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step in citrate buffer was performed. The sample was then blocked and incubated with the primary antibody at 4°C overnight. An HRPconjugated anti-Rabbit antibody was used as the secondary antibody.)
Western Blot (WB)
(Western blot analysis of extracts from human kidney tissue, using RDH10 Antibody. The lane on the left was treated with blocking peptide.)
Similarity: Belongs to the short-chain dehydrogenases/reductases (SDR) family.
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
This gene encodes a retinol dehydrogenase, which converts all-trans-retinol to all-trans-retinal, with preference for NADP as a cofactor. Studies in mice suggest that this protein is essential for synthesis of embryonic retinoic acid and is required for limb, craniofacial, and organ development. [provided by RefSeq, Dec 2011]
Uniprot Description
Retinol dehydrogenase with a clear preference for NADP. Converts all-trans-retinol to all-trans-retinal. Has no detectable activity towards 11-cis-retinol, 9-cis-retinol and 13-cis-retinol.

Product Notes
The RDH10 rdh10 (Catalog #AAA9603333) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The RDH10 Antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's RDH10 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC). WB: 1:500-1:2000 IHC: 1:50-1:200 IF/ICC: 1:100-1:500 ELISA(peptide): 1:20000-1:40000 The optimal dilutions to be determined by the end user. IMPORTANT: For western blot, incubate membrane with diluted primary Abin 5% w/v milk, 1X TBS, 0.1% Tween®20 at 4°C with gentle shaking, overnight. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the RDH10 rdh10 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "RDH10, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
