Related Product Information for anti-MAP3K11 antibody
The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the serine/threonine kinase family. This kinase contains a SH3 domain and a leucine zipper-basic motif. This kinase preferentially activates MAPK8/JNK kinase, and functions as a positive regulator of JNK signaling pathway. This kinase can directly phosphorylate, and activates IkappaB kinase alpha and beta, and is found to be involved in the transcription activity of NF-kappaB mediated by Rho family GTPases and CDC42.

Uniprot Description

MLK3: a TKL kinase of the MLK family. Has an amino-terminal SH3 domain followed by the kinase domain, two leucine zipper domains, a cdc42/Rac1 binding (CRIB) domain and several other domains/motifs at the carboxy-terminal region. Phosphorylates IkappaB and activates SEK1 and MKK7.

Product Notes

The MAP3K11 map3k11 (Catalog #AAA9414217) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The MAP3K11 Antibody reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's MAP3K11 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC). Western blotting: 1:500-1:2000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:200. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the MAP3K11 map3k11 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "MAP3K11, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
