Application Notes
Suitable for use as a positive control in Western Blot applications. Not recommended for use in Immunoprecipitation.
Recommended Dilutions: Add 100ul SDS-PAGE sample buffer and incubate at 90 Degree C for 5 minutes. Aliquot unused lysate and store at -20 Deg. C. Western Blot: 20ul/lane (mini gel) for HRP/ECL detection. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Preparation and Storage
May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
