Mouse anti-Human, Mouse HMG4 Monoclonal Antibody | anti-HMGB3 antibody
HMG4 (High Mobility Group 4 (HMG) Transcription Factor, HMG 4, HMG-4, High Mobility Group Protein 2a, HMG2a, High Mobility Group Box 3, HMGB3, MGC90319, Nonhistone Chromosomal Protein HMG4)
Purified by Protein A/G affinity chromatography.
Purified by Protein A/G affinity chromatography.
Dilution: Western Blot: 2ug/ml
Immunocytochemistry: 8-25ug/ml
Western Blot (WB)
(Detection of Human HMGB3 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of human placenta tissue. PVDF Membrane was probed with 2ug/ml of Human/Mouse HMGB3 Monoclonal Antibody followed by HRPconjugated Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for HMGB3 at approximately 23kD (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.)
Testing Data
(HMGB3 in Detroit 551 Human Cell Line. HMGB3 was detected in immersion fixed Detroit 551 human skin fibroblast cell line using Human/Mouse HMGB3 Monoclonal Antibody at 10ug/ml for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLightsTM 557conjugated Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody and counterstained with DAPI (blue, lower panel). Specific staining was localized to nuclei. NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
HMGB3 belongs to the high mobility group (HMG) protein superfamily. Like HMG1 (MIM 163905) and HMG2 (MIM 163906), HMGB3 contains DNA-binding HMG box domains and is classified into the HMG box subfamily. Members of the HMG box subfamily are thought to play a fundamental role in DNA replication, nucleosome assembly and transcription (Wilke et al., 1997 [PubMed 9370291]; Nemeth et al., 2006 [PubMed 16945912]).[supplied by OMIM, Mar 2008]

Product Notes
The HMGB3 hmgb3 (Catalog #AAA642473) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The HMG4 (High Mobility Group 4 (HMG) Transcription Factor, HMG 4, HMG-4, High Mobility Group Protein 2a, HMG2a, High Mobility Group Box 3, HMGB3, MGC90319, Nonhistone Chromosomal Protein HMG4) reacts with Human, Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's HMG4 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunocytochemistry (ICC). Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry. Dilution: Western Blot: 2ug/ml Immunocytochemistry: 8-25ug/ml. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the HMGB3 hmgb3 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "HMG4, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
