DNA-dependent RNA polymerase catalyzes the transcription of DNA into RNA using the four ribonucleoside triphosphates as substrates. Common component of RNA polymerases I, II and III which synthesize ribosomal RNA precursors, mRNA precursors and many functional non-coding RNAs, and a small RNAs, such as 5S rRNA and tRNAs, respectively. Uniprot Description

POLR2L: DNA-dependent RNA polymerase catalyzes the transcription of DNA into RNA using the four ribonucleoside triphosphates as substrates. Common component of RNA polymerases I, II and III which synthesize ribosomal RNA precursors, mRNA precursors and many functional non-coding RNAs, and a small RNAs, such as 5S rRNA and tRNAs, respectively. Product Notes

The POLR2L polr2l (Catalog #AAA6390163) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The POLR2L (DNA-directed RNA Polymerases I, II, and III Subunit RPABC5, RNA Polymerases I, II, and III Subunit ABC5, DNA-directed RNA Polymerase III Subunit L, RNA Polymerase II 7.6kD Subunit, RPB7.6, RPB10 Homolog) (PE) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's POLR2L can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB). Applications are based on unconjugated antibody. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the POLR2L polr2l for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "POLR2L, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
