Western Blot: 0.03-1ug/ml ~26kD band observed in Human Kidney, Liver and Testis lysates (calculated MW of 21.7kD according to NP_006658.1). In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing Human PGRMC1 a band of ~26kD is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. The endogenous 20kD protein is observed in both.

Preparation and Storage
May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
