Related Product Information for anti-FGFRL1 antibody
The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the fibroblast growth factor receptor (FGFR) family, where amino acid sequence is highly conserved between members and throughout evolution. FGFR family members differ from one another in their ligand affinities and tissue distribution. A full-length representative protein would consist of an extracellular region, composed of three immunoglobulin-like domains, a single hydrophobic membrane-spanning segment and a cytoplasmic tyrosine kinase domain. The extracellular portion of the protein interacts with fibroblast growth factors, setting in motion a cascade of downstream signals, ultimately influencing mitogenesis and differentiation. A marked difference between this gene product and the other family members is its lack of a cytoplasmic tyrosine kinase domain. The result is a transmembrane receptor that could interact with other family members and potentially inhibit signaling. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding the same isoform have been found for this gene.

Product Notes
The FGFRL1 fgfrl1 (Catalog #
AAA6299197) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The FGFRL1, NT (FGFRL1, FGFR5, FHFR, Fibroblast growth factor receptor-like 1, FGF homologous factor receptor, FGFR-like protein, Fibroblast growth factor receptor 5) (PE) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's FGFRL1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry (IHC), FLISA, Western Blot (WB). IHC: 1:10-50 FLISA: 1:1,000 WB: 1:100-500 Applications are based on unconjugated antibody. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the FGFRL1 fgfrl1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of
"FGFRL1, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of
the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always
suggest centrifuging these vials
to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to
opening. Please be advised that
certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an
additional dry ice fee may also be
required.
