Dilution: Western Blot:1-10ug/ml
Immunohistochemistry: 0.1-1ug/ml
Immunocytochemistry: 0.1-1ug/ml
Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
(IHC staining of mouse backskin tissue (fixed using Bouin’s fixative and then paraffin-embedded) using MBS608217 at 1:100 dilution (1 hr incubation at RT). Goat anti-mouse IgG conjugated to FITC was used as secondary antibody (1 hr incubation at RT). Heavy filaggrin-like staining was observed; lower epidermal cells showed some staining.)
Immunocytochemistry (ICC)
(IC/IF staining of HaCaT cells (fixed with cold methanol for 10 mins. at -20°C) using MBS608217 at 1:100 dilution (1 hr incubation at RT). Goat anti-mouse IgG conjugated to FITC was used as secondary antibody (1 hr incubation at RT). Cytoplasmic staining and some dull nuclear staining were observed.)
Western Blot (WB)
(WB analysis of 15ug lysate from transiently transfected monkey COS cells using MBS608217 at 1:1000 dilution (2hr incubation at RT). Sheep anti-mouse IgG conjugated to HRP (1hr incubation at RT) was used as secondary antibody.)
