Fusion protein aa 1724-1956 (cytoplamic C-terminus) of rat Nav1.8 (also known as channel protein tpe 10 or x subunit alpha, peripheral nerve sodium channel 3, PN3 or Sensory neuron sodium channel, accession number Q62968).
Preparation and Storage
May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
