Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates. HRP conjugates are sensitive to light.
Related Product Information for anti-Helicobacter pylori, CagA antibody
It is known that H. pylori strains exhibit a significant degree of diversity. The great variability in the H. pylori genome may explain why not all infected individuals suffer from ulcer. Some H. pylori strains contain particular pathogenic genes such as cytokine associated gene A (CagA), while others lack these genes. The CagA protein of H. pylori has been found to be associated with more severe clinical manifestations, such as ulcer disease and gastric cancer. Thus, discrimination between potentially virulent strains may be relevant

Product Notes

The Helicobacter pylori, CagA (Catalog #AAA6009087) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. AAA Biotech's Helicobacter pylori, CagA can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EL/EIA). Suitable for use in ELISA. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the Helicobacter pylori, CagA for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Helicobacter pylori, CagA, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
