CCR2 Antibody
ELISA: 1:10,000
Immunoprecipitation: 1:200
Western Blot: 1:500
Receptor for CCL2, CCL7 and CCL13 chemokines. Transduces a signal by increasing intracellular calcium ion levels. Alternative coreceptor with CD4 for HIV-1 infection.
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
mouse homolog is a chemokine receptor; involved in the immune response to viruses [RGD, Feb 2006]
Uniprot Description
CCR2: a seven transmembrane protein closely related to CCR1. Receptor for the MCP-1, MCP-3 and MCP-4 chemokines. Expressed at high levels in primary neutrophils and primary monocytes, and is further upregulated on neutrophil activation and during monocyte to macrophage differentiation. Transduces a signal by increasing the intracellular calcium ions level. Alternative co receptor with CD4 for HIV-1 infection. Two splice-variant isoforms have been described.

Product Notes
The CCR2 ccr2 (Catalog #AAA540147) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The CCR2 Antibody reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's CCR2 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EIA), Immunoprecipitation (IP), Western Blot (WB). Dot Blot: 1:10,000 ELISA: 1:10,000 Immunoprecipitation: 1:200 Western Blot: 1:500. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CCR2 ccr2 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CCR2, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
