Related Product Information for BLUeye Prestained Protein Ladder ladder
Description:
The BLUeye Prestained Protein Ladder is a three-color protein standard with 12 pre-stained proteins covering a wide range of molecular weights from 11 to 245 kDa. Proteins are covalently coupled with a blue chromophore except for two reference bands (one green and one red band at 25 kDa and 75 kDa respectively) when separated on SDS-PAGE (Tris-glycine buffer). The BLUeye Prestained Protein Ladder is designed for monitoring protein separation during SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, verification of Western transfer efficiency on membranes (PVDF, nylon, or nitrocellulose) and for approximating the size of proteins. The ladder is supplied in gel loading buffer and is ready to use.

Product Notes

The BLUeye Prestained Protein Ladder (Catalog #AAA402057) is a Ladder and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "BLUeye Prestained Protein Ladder, Ladder" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
