Related Product Information for FCGRT recombinant protein
A DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain (Met 1-Ser 298) of rat FCGRT (P13599) was fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 1; A DNA sequence encoding the rat B2M (P07151) (Met 1-Met 119) constructed the plasmid 2. The two plasmids were co-expressed and the FCGRT/B2M heterodimer was purified.

Product Notes

The FCGRT fcgrt (Catalog #AAA2547253) is a Recombinant Protein produced from Human Cells and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The recombinant heterodimer of rat FCGRT & B2M comprises 386 (287+99) amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 44 (32.4+ 11.6) KDa. The apparent molecular mass of rat FCGRT & B2M heterodimer is approximately 35 & 12 KDa respectively in SDS-PAGE. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the FCGRT fcgrt for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "FCGRT & B2M Heterodimer, Recombinant Protein" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
