Human IRAK3 (Interleukin 1 Receptor Associated Kinase 3) CLIA Kit
Principle of the Assay: This kit uses Sandwich-CLIA as the method. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to IRAK3. Standards or samples are added to the appropriate micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for IRAK3 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate is added to each micro plate well successively and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain IRAK3, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured spectrophotometrically by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of IRAK3. You can calculate the concentration of IRAK3 in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
This gene encodes a member of the interleukin-1 receptor-associated kinase protein family. Members of this family are essential components of the Toll/IL-R immune signal transduction pathways. This protein is primarily expressed in monocytes and macrophages and functions as a negative regulator of Toll-like receptor signaling. Mutations in this gene are associated with a susceptibility to asthma. Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants. [provided by RefSeq, May 2010]
Uniprot Description
IRAK3: a TKL kinase of the IRAK family. The interleukin-1 receptor-associated kinases are important mediators in the signal transduction of Toll-like receptor and IL1R family members, collectively referred to as TIRs.

Product Notes
The Human IRAK3 irak3 (Catalog #AAA2533095) is a CLIA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA2533095 CLIA Kit recognizes Human IRAK3. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "IRAK3 (Interleukin 1 Receptor Associated Kinase 3), CLIA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
