Rat CD9 Monoclonal Antibody | anti-CD9 antibody
RAT ANTI MOUSE CD9
Purified IgG - liquid
Western Blot: This item detects a band of approximately 25kDa in cell lysates.
Preparation
When thawed, aliquot the sample as needed. Keep aliquots at 2-8°C for short term use (up to 4 weeks) and store the remaining aliquots at -20°C.
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended.
Testing Data #1
(Staining of Mouse Peripheral Platelets with Rat anti Mouse CD9:Endotoxin Low (MBS224726))

Product Notes
The CD9 cd9 (Catalog #AAA224489) is an Antibody produced from Rat and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. AAA Biotech's CD9 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow cytometry (FC), Immunoprecipitation (IP), Western Blot (WB). Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1x106 cells in 100ul. Western Blot: This item detects a band of approximately 25kDa in cell lysates. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD9 cd9 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CD9, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
