Rabbit Glutamyl Prolyl tRNA Synthetase Polyclonal Antibody | anti-EPRS antibody
Polyclonal Antibody to Glutamyl Prolyl tRNA Synthetase (EPRS)
Immunohistochemistry: 5-20ug/mL
Immunocytochemistry: 5-20ug/mL
Optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user.
Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
Store at 4 degree C for frequent use.
Aliquot and store at -20 degree C for 24 months.
Stability Test:
thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37 degree C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
Uniprot Description
EPRS: Catalyzes the attachment of the cognate amino acid to the corresponding tRNA in a two-step reaction: the amino acid is first activated by ATP to form a covalent intermediate with AMP and is then transferred to the acceptor end of the cognate tRNA. Component of the multisynthetase complex which is comprised of a bifunctional glutamyl-prolyl-tRNA synthetase, the monospecific isoleucyl, leucyl, glutaminyl, methionyl, lysyl, arginyl, and aspartyl-tRNA synthetases as well as three auxiliary proteins, p18, p48 and p43. Interacts with DUS2L.

Product Notes
The EPRS eprs (Catalog #AAA2033779) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Polyclonal Antibody to Glutamyl Prolyl tRNA Synthetase (EPRS) reacts with Mus musculus (Mouse) and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Glutamyl Prolyl tRNA Synthetase can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB); Immunohistochemistry (IHC); Immunocytochemistry (ICC); Immunoprecipitation (IP). Western blotting: 0.5-2ug/mL Immunohistochemistry: 5-20ug/mL Immunocytochemistry: 5-20ug/mL Optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the EPRS eprs for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Glutamyl Prolyl tRNA Synthetase, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
