Biological Activity
Fully biologically active when compared to standard. The ED50 determined by a cell proliferation assay using murine NIH/3T3 cells is less than 700 ng/ml, corresponding to a specific activity of > 1.4 x 1000 IU/mg in the presence of 5 ug/ml of rMuKlotho-beta.
