Heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein R (HNRNPR) Recombinant Protein | HNRNPR recombinant protein
Recombinant Human Heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein R (HNRNPR)
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
This gene encodes an RNA-binding protein that is a member of the spliceosome C complex, which functions in pre-mRNA processing and transport. The encoded protein also promotes transcription at the c-fos gene. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. There are pseudogenes for this gene on chromosomes 4, 11, and 10. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2014]
Uniprot Description
Component of ribonucleosomes, which are complexes of at least 20 other different heterogenious nuclear ribonucleoproteins (hnRNP). hnRNP play an important role in processing of precursor mRNA in the nucleus.

It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein R (HNRNPR), Recombinant Protein" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
