Protocol
1. Mix sample with SDS-PAGE Protein Loading Buffer 2X at the ratio 1:1 (i.e. add 1g sample to 1ml SDS-PAGE Protein Loading Buffer). Denaturize at 100 degree C for 3-5 min. Then load and electrophorese. 2. Stop electrophoresis when bromophenol blue dye arrives at the bottom of gels.
Product Note
1. If SDS sediments appeared when balance SDS-PAGE Protein Loading Buffer 2X to room temperature, try to melt it with warm water. 2. This buffer contains few DDT or mercaptoethanol, so you may encounter a sharp smell. 3. Please operate with gloves in fume hood.
Preparation and Storage
Store at -20 degree C for one year.
