Uniprot Description

TRPC3 iso4: Thought to form a receptor-activated non-selective calcium permeant cation channel. Probably is operated by a phosphatidylinositol second messenger system activated by receptor tyrosine kinases or G-protein coupled receptors. Activated by diacylglycerol (DAG) in a membrane-delimited fashion, independently of protein kinase C, and by inositol 1,4,5- triphosphate receptors (ITPR) with bound IP3. May also be activated by internal calcium store depletion. Belongs to the transient receptor (TC 1.A.4) family. STrpC subfamily. TRPC3 sub-subfamily. 3 isoforms of the human protein are produced by alternative splicing.

Product Notes

The Mouse TRPC3 trpc3 (Catalog #AAA9337490) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA9337490 ELISA Kit recognizes Mouse TRPC3. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "transient receptor potential cation channel, subfamily C, member 3, ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
