Related Product Information for TNFAIP8 recombinant protein
TNFAIP8 belongs to the TNFAIP8 family. This protein acts as a negative mediator of apoptosis and may play a role in tumor progression. It suppresses the TNF-mediated apoptosis by inhibiting caspase-8 activity but not the processing of procaspase-8, subsequently resulting in inhibition of BID cleavage and caspase-3 activation. Recombinant human TNFAIP8 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E Coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.

Product Notes

The TNFAIP8 tnfaip8 (Catalog #AAA205341) is a Recombinant Protein produced from E Coli and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The tag for this protein is His-tag. AAA Biotech's TNFAIP8 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, SDS-PAGE. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the TNFAIP8 tnfaip8 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. The amino acid sequence is listed below: MGSSHHHHHH SSGLVPRGSH MGSMHSEAEE SKEVATDVFN SKNLAVQAQK KILGKMVSKS IATTLIDDTS SEVLDELYRV TREYTQNKKE AEKIIKNLIK TVIKLAILYR NNQFNQDELA LMEKFKKKVH QLAMTVVSFH QVDYTFDRNV LSRLLNECRE MLHQIIQRHL TAKSHGRVNN VFDHFSDCEF LAALYNPFGN FKPHLQKLCD GINKMLDEEN I. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "TNFAIP8, Recombinant Protein" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
