Tissue, Section Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Brain, Parietal Lobe Tissue Section
Tissue, Section, Human Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Brain, Parietal Lobe (Frozen)
• Suitable for both immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization
• Multiple tissues or a single tissue per slide
• Documentation on tissues' clinical histories available
tissue panels, can be used for both immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization. These products are ideal for rapid cellular localization of RNA and protein expression, especially for antibodies that don't recognize paraffin embedded tissue. At least one of the tissue slides from each lot was stained with H & E to ensure the quality. The tissue sections are 5-10um in thickness, mounted on positively charged glass slides, and fixed by cold acetone.
Frozen tissue section line encompasses a large selection of tissue sections which are good for immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization. It includes human adult and fetal normal tissues, human diseased and tumor tissues, as well as from mouse, rat, and monkey tissues. The tissue sections are approximately 5-10um thick. All the tissues are identified by a licensed pathologist. Accurate documentation and clinical histories of the tissues can be supplied upon request.
