Rat Receptor Interacting Serine Threonine Kinase 3 (RIPK3) ELISA Kit
No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Receptor Interacting Serine Threonine Kinase 3 (RIPK3) and analogues was observed.
To minimize extra influence on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity, incubator temperature should be strictly controlled. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same operator from the beginning to the end.
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
The product of this gene is a member of the receptor-interacting protein (RIP) family of serine/threonine protein kinases, and contains a C-terminal domain unique from other RIP family members. The encoded protein is predominantly localized to the cytoplasm, and can undergo nucleocytoplasmic shuttling dependent on novel nuclear localization and export signals. It is a component of the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) receptor-I signaling complex, and can induce apoptosis and weakly activate the NF-kappaB transcription factor. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]
Uniprot Description

Product Notes
The Rat RIPK3 ripk3 (Catalog #AAA2000291) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA2000291 ELISA Kit recognizes Rat RIPK3. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Receptor Interacting Serine Threonine Kinase 3 (RIPK3), ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
