Related Product Information for anti-F1A alpha (CT) antibody
Fas and tumor necrosis factor receptor 1 (TNFR1) are two members of the family of death receptors. A novel protein that associates with the intracellular domains of Fas and TNFR1 has been designated F1A alpha (or FEM1 beta ). F1A alpha is cleaved by CED-3 and caspase, and it associates with CED-4 and its mammalian homologue Apaf-1. Overexpression of F1A alpha induces apoptosis. F1A alpha is expressed in a variety of human and mouse tissues.

Product Notes

The F1A alpha (CT) (Catalog #AAA194082) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. AAA Biotech's F1A alpha (CT) can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunoblot. Immunoblotting: use at 1:500-1:1,000 dilution. Positive control: Mouse liver tissue lysate. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the F1A alpha (CT) for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "F1A alpha (CT), Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
