Affinity purified rabbit polyclonal anti-pCrosstide is developed with phosphorylated Crosstide (PRAApTF) and absorbed with non-phosphorylated Crosstide (PRAATF. The purified antibody was conjugated to peroxidase (HRP) via reductive amination. The antibody has been utilized for non-radioactive PKB and SGK kinase assay.
