Ihh Blocking Peptide | Q80XI9 blocking peptide
Ihh Antibody (N-term) Blocking Peptide
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
Uniprot Description
IHH: Intercellular signal essential for a variety of patterning events during development. Binds to the patched (PTC) receptor, which functions in association with smoothened (SMO), to activate the transcription of target genes. Implicated in endochondral ossification: may regulate the balance between growth and ossification of the developing bones. Induces the expression of parathyroid hormone-related protein (PTHRP). Expressed in embryonic lung, and in adult kidney and liver. Belongs to the hedgehog family.
Cellular Component: plasma membrane; proteinaceous extracellular matrix

Product Notes
The Q80XI9 ihh (Catalog #AAA9224735) is a Blocking Peptide and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Ihh, Blocking Peptide" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
