Preparation and Storage
The shelf life is related to many factors, storage state, buffer ingredients, storage temperature and the stabilityof the protein itself. Generally, the shelf life of liquid form is 6 months at -20°C/-80°C. The shelf life oflyophilized form is 12 months at -20°C/-80°C.

Note: Repeated freezing and thawing is not recommended. Store working aliquots at 4°C for up to one week.

Product Notes

The PRTN3 prtn3 (Catalog #AAA9421946) is a Recombinant Protein produced from E Coli and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The immunogen sequence is Full Length, 28-248aa. The Recombinant Human Myeloblastin reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. The amino acid sequence is listed below: YMASLQMRGN PGSHFCGGTL IHPSFVLTAA HCLRDIPQRL VNVVLGAHNV RTQEPTQQHF SVAQVFLNNY DAENKLNDVL LIQLSSPANL SASVATVQLP QQDQPVPHGT QCLAMGWGRV GAHDPPAQVL QELNVTVVTF FCRPHNICTF VPRRKAGICF GDSGGP. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Myeloblastin, Recombinant Protein" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
