Product Notes
The Oxidized PAPC (Catalog #AAA584642) is a Protein and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. Application Use: 1. For use of total amount in once: Add buffer or medium used in the experiment and resuspend lipids by vigorous vortexing for at least 30 seconds. Warm the vial up to 30 degree C and vortex again for 1 minute. Avoid preparing concentrated stocks since OxPAPC is poorly soluble in water. Sonicate if necessary to ensure better resuspension of OxPAPC, although that is usually not necessary at concentrations below 150 150 ug/ml. The concentration range in which OxPAPC can be used depends on the cell type, but usually is below 100 ug/ml. High concentrations of OxPAPC can be toxic. For every new cell and assay type it is recommended to determine time- and concentration dependence. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the Oxidized PAPC for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Oxidized PAPC, Protein" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
