Fibroblast Growth Factor 19(FGF19) Small Molecule | FGF19 small molecule
OVA conjugated Fibroblast Growth Factor 19(FGF19)
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37 degree C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the fibroblast growth factor (FGF) family. FGF family members possess broad mitogenic and cell survival activities, and are involved in a variety of biological processes including embryonic development cell growth, morphogenesis, tissue repair, tumor growth and invasion. This growth factor is a high affinity, heparin dependent ligand for FGFR4. Expression of this gene was detected only in fetal but not adult brain tissue. Synergistic interaction of the chick homolog and Wnt-8c has been shown to be required for initiation of inner ear development. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]
Uniprot Description
FGF19: Involved in the suppression of bile acid biosynthesis through down-regulation of CYP7A1 expression, following positive regulation of the JNK and ERK1/2 cascades. Stimulates glucose uptake in adipocytes. Activity requires the presence of KLB and FGFR4. Belongs to the heparin-binding growth factors family.

Product Notes
The FGF19 fgf19 (Catalog #AAA2086529) is a Small Molecule produced from Protein Conjugation and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. AAA Biotech's Fibroblast Growth Factor 19(FGF19) can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunogen, SDS-PAGE, Western Blot (WB). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the FGF19 fgf19 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Fibroblast Growth Factor 19(FGF19), Small Molecule" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
