Rabbit anti-Human, Mouse DGKD Polyclonal Antibody | anti-DGKD antibody
DGKD, CT (Diacylglycerol Kinase delta, Diglyceride Kinase delta, DGK-delta, DAG Kinase delta, 130kD Diacylglycerol Kinase, KIAA0145) (PE)
FLISA: 1:1,000
WB: 1:100-1:500
Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
Western Blot (WB)
(Western blot analysis of anti-anti-DGK delta Pab in Jurkat cell line lysates (35ug/lane). DGK delta (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.)
Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
(Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human cancer tissue reacted with the primary antibody, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated. BC = breast carcinoma; HC = hepatocarcinoma.)
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
This gene encodes a cytoplasmic enzyme that phosphorylates diacylglycerol to produce phosphatidic acid. Diacylglycerol and phosphatidic acid are two lipids that act as second messengers in signaling cascades. Their cellular concentrations are regulated by the encoded protein, and so it is thought to play an important role in cellular signal transduction. Alternative splicing results in two transcript variants encoding different isoforms. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]
Uniprot Description
DGKD: May function as signaling molecule. Belongs to the eukaryotic diacylglycerol kinase family. 2 isoforms of the human protein are produced by alternative splicing.

Product Notes
The DGKD dgkd (Catalog #AAA6472415) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The DGKD, CT (Diacylglycerol Kinase delta, Diglyceride Kinase delta, DGK-delta, DAG Kinase delta, 130kD Diacylglycerol Kinase, KIAA0145) (PE) reacts with Human, Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's DGKD can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry (IHC), FLISA, Western Blot (WB). IHC: 1:50-1:100 FLISA: 1:1,000 WB: 1:100-1:500 Applications are based on unconjugated antibody. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the DGKD dgkd for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "DGKD, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
