Rabbit ZCRB1 Polyclonal Antibody | anti-ZCRB1 antibody
ZCRB1 Antibody (C-term)
Western Blot (WB)
(ZCRB1 Antibody (C-term) western blot analysis in mouse Neuro-2a cell line lysates (35ug/lane).This demonstrates the ZCRB1 antibody detected the ZCRB1 protein (arrow).)
Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
(ZCRB1 Antibody (C-term) immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human stomach tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of ZCRB1 Antibody (C-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.)
Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS)
(ZCRB1 Antibody (C-term) flow cytometric analysis of Neuro-2a cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram).FITC-conjugated donkey-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.)
U12-type spliceosome binds U12-type pre-mRNAs and recognizes the 5'
splice site and branch-point sequence. U11 and U12 snRNPs are
components of U12-type spliceosome and function as a molecular
bridge connecting both ends of the intron. The protein encoded by
this gene contains a RNA recognition motif. It was identified as
one of the protein components of U11/U12 snRNPs. This protein and
many other U11/U12 snRNP proteins are highly conserved in organisms
known to contain U12-type introns. These proteins have been shown
to be essential for cell viability, suggesting the key roles in
U12-type splicing.

Product Notes
The ZCRB1 zcrb1 (Catalog #AAA9205310) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The immunogen sequence is 184-212. The ZCRB1 Antibody (C-term) reacts with Human, mouse (Predicted Reactivity: Bovine, Xenopus) and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's ZCRB1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), ELISA (EIA), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS). WB~~1:1000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the ZCRB1 zcrb1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "ZCRB1, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
