Rabbit West Nile Virus, Envelope Polyclonal Antibody
West Nile Virus, Envelope (West Nile Virus E Protein, WNV Envelope Protein, Envelope Protein, Genome Polyprotein, Major Envelope Protein E, WNVgp1)
Purified by Protein G affinity chromatography.
Purified by Protein G affinity chromatography.
Dilution: Western Blot: 1-3ug/ml
Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1ug/ml
Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin-embedded): 1ug/ml Protease 3min RT is recommended
Western Blot (WB)
(Western Blot analysis of West Nile Virus glycoprotein E in (A) untransfected and (B) transfected cells using MBS628104 at 1ug/ml.)
Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
(IHC staining of WNV-Envelope protein in bird liver using MBS628104 at 1ug/ml (incubation time: 30 mins.). Ventana Protease 2 was used for antigen retrieval; incubation with the enzyme was done for three mins. at room temperature with a parafilm coverslip (using an autostainer which keeps residual fluid on the slides during every step, so the final concentration is approximately 2.5 times more dilute). Biotinylated secondary antibody, Streptavidin-AKP and Fast Red chromagen were used for visualization.
