Related Product Information for anti-EIPR1 antibody
EIPR1 is required for the stability of the EARP complex subunits and for the localization of EARP and its association with membranes, but EIPR1 does not affect localization or function of the related Golgi-associated retrograde protein (GARP) complex. EIPR1 physically interacts with the EARP complex in rat insulinoma cells. EIPR1 (also named TSSC1) was also independently identified as a physical interactor and functional partner of both the GARP and EARP complexes in human cell lines. WD40 domain proteins like EIPR1 often act as scaffolds for the assembly of protein complexes. TSSC1 is a specific interactor of both GARP and EARP and as a novel component of the endosomal retrieval machinery. TSSC1 is a phylogenetically conserved and ubiquitously expressed protein.

Product Notes

The EIPR1 (Catalog #AAA8109591) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-TSSC1 Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's TSSC1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin (IHC-P). IHC-P: 1:50-1:200. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the EIPR1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "TSSC1, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
