Related Product Information for anti-Tryptase, beta1 antibody
Mast cells contain a number of preformed chemical mediators such as histamine, chymase, carboxypeptidase and proteolytic tryptase. A substantial quantity of tryptase is estimated to be found in mast cells of skin and lung and suggestes this enzyme plays a major role in mast cell mediated events. In vitro studies indicate tryptase can cleave C3 to form C3a anaphylatoxin, inactivate fibrinogen as a coaguable substrate for thrombin and activate latent collagenase.

Product Notes

The Tryptase, beta1 (Catalog #AAA611682) is an Antibody produced from Goat and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Tryptase, beta1 (TPSB1, MCPT7, Mast Cell Protease 7) reacts with Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Tryptase, beta1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EL/EIA), Western Blot (WB), Immunoprecipitation (IP). Western Blot: 0.1ug/ml Immunoprecipitation: 25ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the Tryptase, beta1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Tryptase, beta1, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
