Form/Format
Biotin; Biotin-coupled hyperimmune rabbit IgG lyophilised from a solution in phosphate buffered saline (PBS, pH 7.2). No preservative added, as it may interfere with the antibody activity. No foreign protein added.
Applicable Applications for anti-Tritirachium album Proteinase K antibody
ELISA, Immunocytochemistry (IHC), Immunohistochemistry (paraffin) (IHC-P), Dot blot , Immunoblotting
Source
Proteinase K isolated and purified from Tritirachium album. Freund’s complete adjuvant is used in the first step of the immunization procedure.
Product
Biotin-coupled hyperimmune rabbit IgG lyophilised from a solution in phosphate buffered saline (PBS, pH 7.2). No preservative added, as it may interfere with the antibody activity. No foreign protein added. It is reconstituted by adding 1.0 ml sterile distilled water, spun down to remove insoluble particles, divided into small aliquots, frozen and stored at or below -20°C.
Preparation and Storage
The lyophilised conjugate is shipped at ambient temperature and may be stored at +4°C; prolonged storage at or below -20°C. Prior to use, an aliquot is thawed slowly at ambient temperature, spun down again and used to prepare working dilutions by adding sterile phosphate buffered saline (PBS, pH 7.2). Repeated thawing and freezing should be avoided. Working dilutions should be stored at +4°C, not refrozen, and preferably used the same day. If a slight precipitation occurs upon storage, this should be removed by centrifugation. It will not affect the performance of the product.

Product Notes

The Tritirachium album Proteinase K (Catalog #AAA573740) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Rabbit anti Tritirachium album Proteinase K, conjugated with Biotin reacts with Cross-reactivities against enzymes of other sources may occur but have not been determined. and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Tritirachium album Proteinase K can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA, Immunocytochemistry (IHC), Immunohistochemistry (paraffin) (IHC-P), Dot blot, Immunoblotting. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the Tritirachium album Proteinase K for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Tritirachium album Proteinase K, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
