Related Product Information for anti-TGFbeta3 antibody
TGFB3 encodes a secreted ligand of the TGF-beta (transforming growth factor-beta) superfamily of proteins. Ligands of this family bind various TGF-beta receptors leading to recruitment and activation of SMAD family transcription factors that regulate gene expression. The encoded preproprotein is proteolytically processed to generate a latency-associated peptide (LAP) and a mature peptide, and is found in either a latent form composed of a mature peptide homodimer, a LAP homodimer, and a latent TGF-beta binding protein, or in an active form consisting solely of the mature peptide homodimer. The mature peptide may also form heterodimers with other TGF-beta family members. Transforming growth factor beta-3 is involved in embryogenesis and cell differentiation, and may play a role in wound healing. Mutations in this gene are a cause of aortic aneurysms and dissections, as well as familial arrhythmogenic right ventricular dysplasia.

Product Notes

The TGFbeta3 tgfb3 (Catalog #AAA9703267) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The TGFbeta3 Polyclonal Antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat, Monkey and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's TGFbeta3 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) Paraffin, ELISA (EIA). WB: 1:500-1:2000 IHC-P: 1:100-1:300 ELISA: 1:10000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the TGFbeta3 tgfb3 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "TGFbeta3, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
