Immunohistochemistry (IHC)-Paraffin
(MBS9612465 at 1/100 staining Human colorectal cancer and adjacent normal tissues by IHC-P. The sample was formaldehyde fixed and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step in citrate buffer was performed. The sample was then blocked and incubated with the primary antibody at 4°C overnight. An HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit antibody was used as the secondary antibody.)

Samples were then incubated with primary Ab(MBS9612465 1:200) and mouse anti-beta tubulin Ab(T0023 1:200) for 1 hour at 37°C. An AlexaFluor594 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG(H+L) Ab(Red) and an AlexaFluor488 conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG(H+L) Ab(Green) were used as the secondary antibody.The nuclear counter stain is DAPI(blue).)

Dyneins are a group of microtubule-activated ATPases that function as molecular motors. They are divided into two subgroups of axonemal and cytoplasmic dyneins. The cytoplasmic dyneins function in intracellular motility, including retrograde axonal transport, protein sorting, organelle movement, and spindle dynamics. Molecules of conventional cytoplasmic dynein are comprised of 2 heavy chain polypeptides and a number of intermediate and light chains. This gene encodes a subunit of the human cytoplasmic dynein-2 complex. Mutations in this gene are associated with short-rib thoracic dysplasia 17 with or without polydactyly.
