Immunohistochemistry (IHC) (TCL1B in Human Lymphoma. TCL1B was detected in immersion fixed paraffin embedded sections of human lymphoma using Goat Human TCL1B Antigen Affinity purified Polyclonal Antibody at 3ug/ml overnight at 4 °C. Before incubation with the primary antibody, tissue was subjected to heatinduced epitope retrieval using Antigen Retrieval Reagent Basic. Tissue was stained using the Goat HRPDAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm. Related Product Information for anti-TCL1B antibody
TCL1B is a monomeric,15kD (predicted) member of the TCL1 family of proteins. It is expressed in the embryo and syncytiotrophoblast, and interacts with Akt1 and Akt2 kinase, promoting their activation and the subsequent deactivation of proapoptotic molecules. Human TCL1B is 128aa in length. There is no definitive structural motif that characterizes TCL1B, save for a unique b-barrel configuration. Full length human TCL1B shares less than 35aa identity with five orthologous mouse TCL1B isoforms.

Product Notes

The TCL1B tcl1b (Catalog #AAA645823) is an Antibody produced from Goat and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The TCL1B (T cell leukemia protein 1B, SYN1, [p15]TML1) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's TCL1B can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry (IHC). Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: 5-15ug/ml. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the TCL1B tcl1b for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "TCL1B, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
