This is a rabbit polyclonal antibody against TBR1. It was validated on Western Blot using a cell lysate as a positive control.

Target Description: This gene is a member of a conserved family of genes that share a common DNA-binding domain, the T-box. T-box genes encode transcription factors involved in the regulation of developmental processes. A similar protein has been disrupted in mice and shown to be critical for early cortical development, and causes loss of projection neurons in the olfactory bulbs and olfactory cortex. The C-terminal region this similar protein was found to be necessary and sufficient for association with the guanylate kinase domain of calcium/calmodulin-dependent serine protein kinase. This gene is a member of a conserved family of genes that share a common DNA-binding domain, the T-box. NCBI Description

This gene is a member of a conserved family of genes that share a common DNA-binding domain, the T-box. T-box genes encode transcription factors involved in the regulation of numerous developmental processes. In mouse, the ortholog of this gene is expressed in the cerebral cortex, hippocampus, amygdala and olfactory bulb and is thought to play an important role in neuronal migration and axonal projection. In mouse, the C-terminal region of this protein was found to be necessary and sufficient for association with the guanylate kinase domain of calcium/calmodulin-dependent serine protein kinase. Product Notes

The TBR1 tbr1 (Catalog #AAA3200464) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The TBR1 antibody - middle region reacts with Cow, Dog, Human, Mouse, Pig and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's TBR1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the TBR1 tbr1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. The amino acid sequence is listed below: Synthetic peptide located within the following region: MAGANPYLGE EAEGLAAERS PLPPGAAEDA KPKDLSDSSW IETPSSIKSI. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "TBR1, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
