Rabbit anti-Human TBPL2 Polyclonal Antibody | anti-TBPL2 antibody
TBPL2, NT (TBPL2, TBP2, TRF3, TATA box-binding protein-like protein 2, TATA box-binding protein-related factor 3) (PE)
FLISA: 1:1,000
WB: 1:100-500
Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
Western Blot (WB)
(TBPL2 Antibody (N-term) western blot analysis in K562 cell line lysates (35ug/lane).This demonstrates the TBPL2 antibody detected the TBPL2 protein (arrow).)
Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
(TBPL2 Antibody (N-term) immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human uterus tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of TBPL2 Antibody (N-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.)
Immunofluorescence (IF)
(Fluorescent confocal image of Hela cell stained with TBPL2 Antibody (N-term).Hela cells were fixed with 4% PFA (20 min), permeabilized with Triton X-100 (0.1%, 10 min), then incubated with TBPL2 primary antibody (1:25, 1 h at 37 degree C). For secondary antibody, Alexa Fluor 488 conjugated donkey anti-rabbit antibody (green) was used (1:400, 50 min at 37 degree C).Cytoplasmic actin was counterstained with Alexa Fluor 555 (red) conjugated Phalloidin (7units/ml, 1 h at 37 degree C). Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (blue) (10 ug/ml, 10 min). TBPL2 immunoreactivity is localized to Nucleus and Cytoplasm significantly.)

Product Notes
The TBPL2 tbpl2 (Catalog #AAA6354138) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The TBPL2, NT (TBPL2, TBP2, TRF3, TATA box-binding protein-like protein 2, TATA box-binding protein-related factor 3) (PE) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's TBPL2 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry (IHC), FLISA, Western Blot (WB). IHC: 1:10-50 FLISA: 1:1,000 WB: 1:100-500 Applications are based on unconjugated antibody. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the TBPL2 tbpl2 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "TBPL2, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
